Sharq

Inter-city rail services are express passenger train services that cover longer distances than commuter or regional trains.

Sharq train operates regular trips on route Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara. Sharq train includes three types of carriages SV (sleeping cars), 1st and 2nd classes. SV - sleeping car with 2-bed-compartments and the 1st class - 3 or 6-pax coach compartments are equipped with a table and TV. The 2nd class is an open-plan saloon seating coach with rows of seats. There is also a snack bar in the Sharq train. Speed: up to 140km/h.
