Most hotels in Uzbekistan are located on excursion routes, in close proximity to historical monuments, or are located near the airport and train station. Khiva hotels are located inside the ancient Ichan-Kala fortress, and several hotels are located right outside its walls. In less popular cities of Uzbekistan, not many hotels have been built, but they are often located in the center, close to local attractions.
