Itinéraire:
Arrival to Tashkent by international flight. Transfer to hotel. Rest and free time in Tashkent.
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour of the city: in the old part of the city visit Hast Imam Complex. The complex consists of the Barakhan madrasah, the Kaffal Shashi mausoleum and the library of Islamic literature, where the Quran of Caliph Osman is located – the oldest manuscript of the Quran that has survived to this day. Visit the colorful Chorsu Bazaar. After lunch, a panoramic tour of the new part of the city: Mustakillik Square (Independence Square), Amir Temur Square, A. Navoi Opera and Ballet Theater Square.
In the evening – the celebration of the New Year in the hotel’s restaurant or in one of the city’s clubs/restaurants (various options are available on request). (food, concert program – show included in tour price)
Happy New Year! Free day after the holiday. Walk through the central streets of the city, where you can watch various New Year concert programs. Enjoy the festive atmosphere of the New Year, visit the main Christmas Tree of Tashkent and join the public festivities. Overnight at the hotel of Tashkent.
Breakfast. At 07:20 transfer to the railway station. At 08:00 departure to Samarkand on the high-speed train Afrosiab. Arrival at 10:08. Meeting and transfer to the hotel.
Legendary Samarkand – the capital of ancient Sogdiana is one of the oldest cities in the world, of the same age as Rome, Athens and Babylon! On this tour you will learn about the history and culture of Samarkand , see its architectural masterpieces.
The beginning of a tour of Samarkand: a visit to the famous Registan Square – the heart of Samarkand, consisting of three grandiose structures: Ulugbek Madrasah, Tilla-Kori Madrasah and Sherdor Madrasah. Lunch at a national house (included in the program price). Next is a visit to Guri Emir mausoleum, the tomb of the Temurid dynasty, the largest medieval building of the city – the Bibi Hanym Mosque, Siob Bazaar. Ulugbek Observatory, the mausoleum of holy Daniyar – St. Daniel, the Afrosiob Museum, the unique ensemble of mausoleums Shahi Zinda. Upon request you can visit a paper workshop in the village of Konigil, near Samarkand. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel of Samarkand.
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time. Transfer from the hotel to the railway station of Samarkand. Departure by train to Bukhara. Arrival in Bukhara. Meeting and hotel accommodation. Lunch in town. Beginning of excursion. Tour in the vicinity of Bukhara: visit Mausoleum of Bahouddin Nakshbandi (VI — XIX c), summer palace of Bukhara Emir – Sitorai Mohi Hosa (XIX c). Transfer to hotel. Free time. Dinner. Night at the hotel of Bukhara.

Bukhara the divine! It is one of the oldest cities of Central Asia the age of which reaches 2,500 years. This city has been a spiritual and commercial center and its importance does not decline over the centuries. « Bukhoroi – Sharif » – « Noble and Sacred Bukhara » – is one of the numerous epithets that this ancient city was awarded. Here you can fully feel the charming atmosphere of the East!
Visit the central part of the city: complex of Poikalon (XII—XVI c), architectural ensemble of “Masjidi Kalon”, “Miri Arab” madrasah and minaret (46 m). Ulugbek Madrasah (1417) was the earliest of three commissioned by the enlightened Timurid ruler. Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah (1652). Trading Domes including Toki Zargaron, Toki Telpak Furushon and Toki Saraffon. Tim of Abdullakhan (1577) and one of the most elegant trade halls. Faizulla Khodjaev House (XIX c) — a 150-year old house of the Bukhara merchant. Magoki Attori mosque, Labi-Hauz (XVI—XVII c) — a complex with Nodir Devon Begi madrasah. Lunch at a local restaurant. Ark Fortress (VI — XIX c) — in the Middle Ages it was a whole town with the Emir’s family house with wives, mosques, mint place, government institutes, store rooms, a prison and a square for public executions, Bolo Haus Ensemble, Samanid mausoleum (IXc)- the first brick building shaped as a cube covered with dome with unrepeatable geometrical brickwork design, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum. In the evening transfert to airport for local flight Bukhara – Tashkent. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel of Tashkent.
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time. Transfer to airport for international flight home. End of the programme.
Breakfast at the hotel. We depart early to Chimgan mountains 100 km northeast of Tashkent in the foothills of Thien Shan. It is about 2- hour drive through picturesque villages and fields. On arrival hiking in Chimgan and Beldersay. Chimgan Valley is located at 1200 – 1600 m above sea level. The highest mountain is Greater Chimgan (3309 m.) For fresh air and mild climate Chimgan is called Uzbek Switzerland. There is really something to see in Chimgan: amazing turquoise waters of Charvak reservoir, waterfalls, ancient petroglyphs. Here you can ride on a cable car, ski, and enjoy the snow and mountain landscapes. Return to Tashkent. Transfer to the airport for international flight home.
